Set in a modern residential area, this property is quiet and well-connected to many areas of Peterlee. Those looking for a spacious, modern and crip place to stay will love our home. Contractors looking for a long-term base enjoy the connectivity to the area, making it a great central base for access. There are plenty of Large supermarkets, petrol stations, takeaways and pubs, all within walking distance. The house, renovated in 2025 and as you can see, has a great style with plenty of thought gone into what you will need for your stay. Lots of creature comforts, including a large TV, comfy sofas and everything you need to cook and entertain. We also supply for you, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, washer/dryer, ironing facilities, dishwasher, toiletries, toilet paper, luxury towels and bedding.
