A lovely home for a small family, couple or individual & your furry friends! Cosy up and watch a film or your favourite series on the sofa or in bed with the two smart TVs provided. With the fast wifi and the desk & chair, working from home will be no problem. There’s a driveway which can take up to 2 cars depending on size and there’s also free, on-street parking available.

The house is situated in a lovely, family-friendly neighbourhood with immediate access to the Rochdale canal. Heading out? The Rochdale canal being right behind the house makes it a great spot to go for a light stroll to the pub, a longer walk to Rochdale or even to Manchester City centre, or a chance to get out the fishing gear. Mills Hill train station is a 10min flat walk. From there you can get directly to: Manchester Victoria 12min Salford Central 17min Salford Crescent 20min Rochdale 9min Driving around is easy with the Manchester ring road 10min away. Middleton 8min Manchester City centre 20min Etihad stadium 16min Old Trafford 29min
