The house is situated in the bustling town of Warrenpoint on the shores of Carlingford Lough with spectacular views of the Mourne and Cooley Mountains.
There are plenty of attractions near by for all ages and in the perfect location to explore the Mourne mountains, enjoy local walking and cycling trails and the great selection of cafes and restaurants nearby.
Located 2hrs from Dublin and 1hour from Belfast it is a perfect position to enjoy the East Coast.
