This brand new, stylish ground floor flat is perfect for a couple or a 2+1 looking for a self contained flat with all amenities and free off street parking. The owner is nearby, so although you will be left to yourself, David is generally available if you need anything. High Street shops, Italian restaurant, cafes, pubs and a supermarket are 5 mins walk. Southwick Green and a kid's playground are 2 mins walk. Southwick Beach around 12 mins walk.
You have a completely self-contained flat all to yourself. However, I am not far away and can be contacted anytime should you need anything.
Busy, residential neighbourhood. Quiet locally but pubs, parks, eateries, shops - including a supermarket - are close by. The local beach is ten minutes' walk. Longer walks bring in the wider seafront and, of course, the South Downs. Brighton & Hove is four miles East - a short train or coast road bus ride away. Free off-road parking at the flat. Southwick train station (direct to London, Brighton, Portsmouth, Chichester, Southampton...) and the 700 bus (famous coast road route) are both an easy 7 mins walk away.
