WARNING: All our triple/double/single rooms are on 2nd floor and family room is on the first floor. No lift. Please re-think about it. Welcome to Airdenair Guest House. "Airdenair", the Gaelic name for "floating air", is a Victorian double upper flatted villa built in 1860 and the current proprietors are Duncan and Mei and family. The guest house is located in a quite residential area. And it is close to Royal Commonwealth Pool, Edinburgh University Conference Centre and student accommodation (Pollock Hall), Arthur's Seat. With frequent bus services, you can reach Royal Mile, Castle, Holyrood Palace easily. If the weather allows, walking to Royal Mile takes about 20 mins. There is unrestricted street parking available for our guests on unmarked street area. More parkings are available from 11am - 9:30am (next day). We are very much a family run business and have worked hard to establish a warm and welcoming environment for our guests, endeavouring to ensure that they will want to return to visit us again and again.
