Wilson House is a private 2 bedroom duplex property with its own entrance & terrace, ideal for up to 6 adults. Newly built in 2005, our bright & functional house offers a combined living room & fully fitted kitchen on the ground floor, together with a chic white bathroom. Wooden floors throughout, and fully gas central heated. High vaulted ceilings in the lounge and bedrooms throw in heaps of bright and natural light. Entertain yourself with a 49" Smart TV in the living area, offering all the usual Freeview channels TV on Demand Apps plus a full Sky Sports & Movies package. Never miss your favourite movie or sporting action. Listen to your music in the bedroom & bathroom with our in-ceiling audio system. Super speed Wi-Fi from Virgin fibre broadband is free & unlimited, you can even plug in your devices by Ethernet cable if necessary. Keep your devices alive with fast charge USB sockets throughout the house. If you fancy cooking during your stay the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, integrated washing machine, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, as well as the usual cookware, crockery and cutlery you'd naturally expect.

The property is located on the east side of Cardiff, no more than 5 mins drive to the city centre, and just 10 minutes from the M4 motorway. You'll find a local shop right on your doorstep, and a selection of local bakeries and cafes just along the street on Splott Road. The number 11 bus on Splott Road opp St Saviours Church will get you straight to the city centre in 5 minutes.
