Walk to the sandy Low Hauxley beach in just 10 minutes. A further 10-minute walk from there takes you into Amble town centre. Driving to Amble from the property takes 5 minutes. Amble sits at the start of the Heritage Coastline, which stretches up to Holy Island. Miles of unspoilt beaches, historic castles, village inns & restaurants are set along this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Amble is known as the friendliest port and the small pod-style shops down on the harbour are full of arts and crafts and set next to the lobster hatchery. A bustling Sunday market is popular with both locals and visitors alike, where there is a fishmonger, butcher and lots of stalls.
