The ground floor is complete with a bathroom, whilst the first floor is home to an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is a private balcony on the first-floor with outdoor seating, and a patio with communal lawns to the rear. A designated parking space is available to the front for one car. 62 Ffordd Garnedd is a fabulous setting for a family holiday to this wonderful part of Wales. The former port village of Y Felinheli, can be found resting peacefully on the breath-taking shores of the Menai Strait. Bangor and Caernarfon rest within easy touring distance, whilst across the water on the magnificent Isle of Anglesey, Beaumaris and Newborough provide a wonderful day out by the sea.
