The property is on the first level and is accessed through a set of stairs.
The smoke and carbon monoxide alarms at Beach 180 are only audible, the property may not be suitable for persons who are hard of hearing if traveling without a hearing buddy.
There is a travel cot at the house; if you want to use it, please let us know and provide your own cot bedding.
Ring cameras monitor the property entry for safety and security.
A completed booking form detailing the guests on the booking and their nationality must be received no later than 14 days before your arrival date or within 24 hours of booking if booked within 14 days of arrival. Passport details are required for any guests who are not British, Irish or Commonwealth citizens
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
