A great wee townhouse at West strand avenue, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A twenty minute walk from Royal Portrush Golf Club and about 100 meters from west strand beach. Ideal for those who love the beach and don't want the bother of packing up the car, also no roads to cross between house and promenade so it's great for young children. There is also a large green area to front of house which is visible from living area windows. Popular restaurants at harbour area can be accessed via a short walk along the promenade.

The neighbourhood is a mix of middle aged and elderly residents. Plenty of good restaurants and entertainment venues within walking distance, beach is less than 100 metres away.
