“The interior and layout of the house & rooms, had very nice decor, driveway, good location in a new estate with a park on the doorstep, had a nice cosy warm feel to it. Modern feel, enjoyed the three floors and TVs in most rooms, enjoyed it all.”

Lovely brand new 3 bedroom town house in a new quiet estate.
Luxuriously styled to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Property is 8-10minutes drive to Winterton-on-sea Beach
15-20mins drive to Great Yarmouth Beach
Local fried chicken shop (Tasty fried chicken) and Royal China Chinese shop in opposite a park with small lake with swans and ducks in.
Coop groceries store in the same parameter.
20mins drive to city centre where you have Tesco Extra, B&M, Matalan, Frankies and Bennies.
