This Beautiful large Holiday Home consists of three floors. The ground floor offers a large fully fitted kitchen/diner and utility room with patio doors leading out to the garden. There is a twin room and a wash room leading off the hallway. The first floor has a large living room with 2 corner sofas, dining table and sea view balcony, leading into a sun room with patio doors out to the hot tub on a roof garden. There is also a double bedroom on this level looking out to the garden. The top floors first bedroom is a king size room with sea view balcony, second bedroom has a king size bed and single bed with en-suit and the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. There is a large family bathroom with a bath and shower. Bed linen and towels provided. Stay under 4 nights, we provide the bed linen but do not make the beds up.
My name is Helen, I am the owner of Ffynnon Wen Holiday lets. I work together with my daughter in law Larissa, we currently have 3 luxurious pet friendly holiday lets and will shortly be expanding.
This beautiful spacious Holiday Home situated in the pictuesque resort town of Colwyn Bay/Rhos On Sea is a stones throw from the newly renovated sandy beach/promenade. There is a little fishing village with shops and restaurants a short walk along the promeade, colwyn bay has a train station and a selaction of shops cafes pubs and the Welsh Mountain Zoo. A short drive to Conwy you can uncover some of the towns Medieval history including Conwy Castle, Plas Mawr and the smallest house in Great Britain.
