Welcome to this beautiful 4 bedroom town house complete with a garden, situated in suburban tranquility. This space is perfect for contractors/business travellers, families and groups. This home has a large living space offering comfort and relaxation after a day of work or a fun day out. Close to Ravensbourne, Shortlands and Bromley North stations. Local attractions include Chislehurst Caves and Petts Wood & Hawkwood National Trust. The property is a 4 bedroom mid terrace town house complete with garden, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. Free off-street parking is available for one vehicle. The property is professionally cleaned. The foyer is light, airy and spacious and leads to the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen/dining area overlooks the garden. It is spacious and well-equipped so you can cook, socialise and entertain in a comfortable and relaxing environment. The living room is on the first floor. It is a beautiful space complete with a Juliet balcony overlooking the garden and two sofa beds to comfortably seat and sleep large groups and families. Relax while you watch TV on a 50 inch HD smart screen. Super fast WiFi is available throughout the property so you can work from home, browse online and stream all your favourite TV shows during your stay. Next to the living room is a single bedroom that sleeps one guest. The master bedroom is on the second floor and can sleep up to 2 guests. The twin beds can be joined together to create a super king sized bed. This room overlooks the garden and is equipped with a double wardrobe, comfy armchair and smart TV. There is another single room on this floor that sleeps one guest. All bedrooms have chests of drawers and/or wardrobes/clothes rails to store your clothes. Towels and bed linen are provided. The decor is simple but lovely and the small photographs on display were taken by my partner who does photography! The bathroom is on the second floor and is well-equipped with a bath, shower, wash basin and toilet. There is ample storage for all your toiletries and body soap is available for your use. There is a storage cupboard in the hallway next to the master bedroom where you will find cleaning equipment and other amenities. Extra pillows, duvets, and bed linen are also kept here. Easy access to both Shortlands and Bromley stations with quick links into central London. London Victoria Rail Station is 18 minutes away by fast train from Bromley South Station. The property is within easy reach of the amenities in Bromley town centre, including The Glades shopping centre and the Pavilion leisure centre. Local grocery stores, including a Co-op supermarket, are within 0.5 miles of the property. Enjoy a huge range of take-aways, bars, cafes and restaurants in the area.
