5 minutes walk from St. Leonard’s train station and 10 minutes from sea front. Situated in a quiet residential area on road parking readily available. St. Leonard’s is as all friendly seaside town with lots of quirky independent shops and eateries, with a vibrant night life in the local bars and pubs. Non smokers only.

The kitchen is small however electric kettle is available for hot drinks.
Fairly easy going and have a small dog who has run of the home. Not allowed in guest room so please keep your door closed at all times.
A key is provided for guests.
Maxim: Treat people how you would like to be treated.
Quiet residential with on road free and easy parking in Cloudesley Rd. Where my street door is.
