MUDEFORD ESCAPE is a chalet bungalow, in Mudeford, recently renovated and modernised whilst retaining its characteristics which is ideal for family getaways. It has a modern contemporary feel throughout and boasts a spacious lounge/diner, modern kitchen and generous sized rear garden. The property is situated in the charming and historical Mudeford, with it's harbour and beach. It is conveniently located near the recreation ground and is ideal for walks/bike rides to Stanpit Marsh, the beach and quay. A good location to explore the surrounding area by car or bus with Christchurch just 2 miles, Bournemouth 7 miles and the New Forest, famous for it's deer and ponies, 6 miles. The separate, modern kitchen is equipped with an ELECTRIC RANGE COOKER - DISHWASHER - WASHER/DRYER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. The kitchen also provides access to the garden. On the first floor the house features a family bathroom, comprising of a bath, shower cubicle and a toilet. Additionally, you will find a shower room with a toilet on the ground floor. The property has a spacious garden which benefits from a patio area with table and chairs and a lawn area. The driveway offers off road parking which can accommodate up to three cars.
