MUDEFORD ESCAPE is a chalet bungalow, in Mudeford, recently renovated and modernised whilst retaining its characteristics which is ideal for family getaways. It has a modern contemporary feel throughout and boasts a spacious lounge/diner, modern kitchen and generous sized rear garden. The property is situated in the charming and historical Mudeford, with it's harbour and beach. It is conveniently located near the recreation ground and is ideal for walks/bike rides to Stanpit Marsh, the beach and quay. A good location to explore the surrounding area by car or bus with Christchurch just 2 miles, Bournemouth 7 miles and the New Forest, famous for it's deer and ponies, 6 miles. THE ACCOMMODATION: This family home features five bedrooms. On the ground floor are two bedrooms, a Twin Bedroom and a Double Bedroom with a King Size Bed. On the first floor are three more bedrooms, two Double bedrooms both with King Size Beds and a Twin Bedroom. The spacious lounge/diner (with dining seating for 10) opens up to the garden through patio doors and includes a FLATSCREEN SMART TV. FREE WIFI is available (subject to availability from the Internet Service Provider). The separate, modern kitchen is equipped with an ELECTRIC RANGE COOKER - DISHWASHER - WASHER/DRYER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. The kitchen also provides access to the garden. On the first floor the house features a family bathroom, comprising of a bath, shower cubicle and a toilet. Additionally, you will find a shower room with a toilet on the ground floor. The property has a spacious garden which benefits from a patio area with table and chairs and a lawn area. The driveway offers off road parking which can accommodate up to three cars. ADDITIONAL NOTES: Max of 28 days accepted for holiday lets (max 21 days preferred in school summer holidays). This accommodation has a HAIRDRYER for guests to use. Mudeford boasts a rich history of smuggling spanning centuries and features a picturesque Quay. Its remarkable location, nestled between Christchurch Harbour and the open sea, makes it a highly sought-after destination for holidaymakers. A short walk from the property will lead you to Avon Beach. Along Avon Beach you will discover the Beach Hut Cafe, the Noisy Lobster cafe, a shop, an ice cream parlour and The Fish and Chip Hut. Mudeford Quay, nearby, offers the popular family activity of crabbing from the quayside. The Quay Head, a pedestrian zone, buzzes with activity, surrounded by a cluster of historic buildings believed to date back to 1695, including the pub, The Haven House Inn.
