This amazing apartment benefits from an incredible location, in an excellent position for access to Brentwood and it's many amenities, along with access to A12 and M25 by car, bus links and train lines to London. The apartment is located at the end of a T road, backing onto grass and trees, it is very quiet and has a rural feel, whilst so close to a large high street and train station. You enter the property into a spacious hallway with a storage and access to the large family bathroom, living space, master bedroom and second double bedroom. The exceptionally big master bedroom boasts a well sized fitted en suite and built in storage. All living is open plan with a generous lounge area and equally large modern kitchen with all appliances included, access to private balcony. The property is fully furnished for your convenience, there are many little items such as; hairdryer, iron, board games, Wifi, Amazon Prime, high chair There is secure, gated parking with 1 allocated space for this apartment. The building itself is secure with fob entry system and intercom entry system. There is a lift; the apartment is on the ground floor and parking is on lower ground.

In a large but quiet development with views onto greenery from all living spaces, this spacious apartment is particularly well situated; a quarter of a mile from Brentwood Train Station, half a mile from Brentwood High Street and two miles from Brentwood's junction for M25 and A12. There are many bars, restaurants and shops in the High Street and many other things to do locally, your closest shop is a small Nisa on Kings Road, where you will also find other shops, restaurants and travel links.
