Built out of ships timbers over 100 years ago and recently renovated timber barn oozes charm and a traditional feel. A comfortable homely space with king size bed, ensuite with large shower, tea and coffee facilities and wood burner. Feel refreshed and relaxed when you stay in this rustic gem situated in a private garden with instant access to the Hamble river. Exterior seating and dining area with short walking distance to the river (15 seconds!), local marinas, local pubs and eateries
Love meeting new people, passionate about the area I live in, an artist gardener, walker and foodie.
Very quiet secluded private farm set on the banks of the Hamble River with only one near neighbour. Direct access to the river path, 10 minute walk to marina and coffee house and restaurant, up stream a 15th Century pub serving good wholesome food and a marine with Boathouse café.
