Property information

Great value ! Double bedroom in shared 3 bed house near Lancaster city center, with free on street parking. Ideal for those who need a place to put their head down on short stays and contract workers. All bedrooms are fully furnished with plenty of clothes storage, snuggly bed and all amenities needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible- bedding towels, shower gel and toilet roll. Full use of kitchen and living room facilities, including appliances, cooking utensils, smart TV and wifi! This cute 3 bed house is nestled on top of a grass verge, so guests must be able to climb a small flight of steps. The kitchen and living room are on the ground floor, with a separate dining space with trendy dining table and chairs. All 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, with spacious bathroom with bath and shower and separate WC. Bed 1 is the biggest room, spacious and airy with a large window and integrated storage cupboard with plenty of space for clothes.

Neighbourhood information

Hala is a quiet area just outside the city of Lancaster, although there are plenty of nearby amenities- Booths Supermarket, Off Licence, convenience shop, hairdresser, take away and also quite a happening eaterie/ bar 'The Boot and Shoe', with indoor and outdoor seating!
