Nestled in a peaceful haven just steps away from a picturesque canal and river, this charming cabin offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. We have a spacious open plan living space, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. A fully-equipped kitchen & 3 cosy bedrooms. Modern family bathroom with free standing bath, as well as an en-suite with walk in shower!

Waterside walks: Enjoy scenic strolls along the canal and river, perfect for leisurely afternoons and breathtaking sunsets. Country pubs: Two charming pubs are within easy walking distance, offering delicious food and a friendly atmosphere. Foodie delights: A short 2-minute drive takes you to Hickory's Smokehouse for mouthwatering BBQ, Aldi for groceries, and Greggs for a quick bite. We are also walking distance from a medieval bridge that crosses the river Trent - Swarkstone Bridge was built in the 13th century and crosses the river and surrounding marsh lands. A true spectacle to observe especially on a nice day!
