Property information

Nestled in the heart of the historic Cathedral Quarter, Tower Cottage is an iconic townhouse and architectural jewel with spectacular views of the Cathedral, Norman Tower, Abbey and the Millennium Tower. Thoughtfully restored, the home showcases a sympathetic blend of period features complemented by tasteful contemporary enhancements resulting in a timeless, elegant living space that honors it's past. Tower Cottage offers a rare opportunity to stay in a piece of architectural history. Please note the property has steeper stairs than normal and is therefore deemed unsuitable for someone with mobility concerns. The property is over 4 floors, although guests may not need to use the lower ground floor (utility area).

Neighbourhood information

Set within the Great Churchyard, to the rear of Crown Street, the property is located down a private tree lined avenue within a pedestrian area between the St Edmundsbury Cathedral and St Mary's Church. The area is quiet, although you can hear the sound of the Church and Norman Tower bells on occasion and the Cathedral organ can be heard when outside the property
