This accomodation is centrally located at Holiday Resort Unity Brean - Somerset. 72 Is only a stone throw away from Rjs clubhouse and reception. This accomodation is within a 2- 10 minute walk of attractions and amenities including - The theme park, beach and main street shops, arcades, bars restaurants and takeaways. You wont need a car when you stay here! Entertainment passes are not included and are not compulsary. If you wish to purchaes these for any day/s throughout your stay you can do so directly with reception, subject to availability. Please note that all bookings require a 100.00GBP refundable care bond payable to the agent (celicias retreat rentals brean) directly after booking. This will be refunded once an inspection has been carried out and is normally within 7 days. Any damages will be deducted and additional charges will be invoiced so we ask you to please kindly respect the property. We provide duvets and pillows. Guests are required to bring their own duvet and pillow covers and sheets. Our stays are 3 night minimum unless otherwise agreed.
