    Beautiful well appointed apartment, very clean and comfortable,with everything you needed,all the appliances you needed if you wanted to cook a meal,there was 5 pts of milk and fruit in the fridge which was a nice gesture.

Experience modern living in a 1920s building in the vibrant heart of St. Annes Conservation Town Centre Conservation Area This apartment is one of four recently renovated modern apartments on the first and second floors. It offers a bright, and airy retreat that is perfect for both business and leisure stays. It has contemporary decor and furniture. Shops, restaurants and the many other attractions of St Annes, Lytham, Blackpool and the entire Fylde and Wyre coasts are close. The apartment includes: Ample clothes storage Double bedroom with top of the range king size bed and 800 thread linen Fully equipped kitchen, including coffee machine, dishwasher, electric hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine/dryer Iron, board and clothes airer Modern bathroom [off the hall] with shower over the bath; toiletries supplied Generous supply of towels Large living room/kitchen with dining area in the bay window overlooking Wood St Free parking at the back of the property, subject to availability [there is a 70 metre walk from the parking area to the main entrance steps] Pets are very welcome, at no extra charge We can provide a travel cot and high chair if required Please be aware that access is via four external steps facing Wood Street, and an internal staircase. There is no lift.
Carol and I manage the property together. We do our level best to exceed our guests' expectations, and hope that we will do so for you. In earlier life, we were both lawyers, but now we are focused on providing the very best of accommodation and experience for visitors to this beautiful area. Carol has resumed horse riding after a very long interval. I walk and still ski.
St Annes was conceived and built in the latter part of the 19th century as a seaside resort. It has spectacular open beaches and dunes, a Victorian promenade, Fairhaven Lake and many more attractions. You can walk or cycle almost entirely on off-road paths down to Lytham, or North to Cleveleys. Or you can rest on the many benches taking in the sea air! Other local and nearby activities include swimming, golf, pitch and putt, clay shooting, tennis, fishing, boating, the Island Cinema and the Splash Zone on the Promenade. A selection of boutique shops are on your doorstep, with a good choice of Supermarkets within walking distance of the apartment.
