North parade close to beach , shops , pubs , restaurants, arcades , supermarkets, laundrettes, take aways , markets. I am located on north parade and i just love my property, its cosy modern and in the middle of all the action if you needed BUT tucked in a quiet well looked after location
I know Skegness inside out as well as surrounding villages , just ask if you need to know anything , you'll have a great time at this apartment
Very nice road with free on street parking, excellent location quiet , direct walk into town centre , beach and amusements
