Property information

Enjoy a relaxing stay at this centrally located place. A 2 bedroomed mid-terrace property in the heart of Cleethorpes with the rare addition of its own parking space! Close to a vast array of amenities such as restaurants, bars, bistros, retail shops, coffee shops and then the beach and all that has to offer. Two lovely double bedrooms share a bathroom upstairs whilst the ground floor has a well-equipped and modern kitchen and a cosy lounge to relax in after a day at work or on the beach

Neighbourhood information

There's some great little 'fish n chip' shops close by! I recommend haddock and chips! If you walk up St Peters Avenue, you are in the centre of Cleethorpes town where you can find a vast array of restaurants, pubs and shops. Carry on towards the sea front where you can enjoy our 4.5 miles of beautiful beach. Enjoy a stroll along the sea-front, or discover the 7 mile out-and-back trail which takes an average of 2 hours and 9 minutes to complete. This is a very popular area for hiking, mountain biking, and running, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring! We 'Meggies' folk are a friendly bunch! Getting around Cleethorpes train station is opposite the sea front! A 5-10 minute walk away at most. The ticket office is open Mon-Sat 06.45 to 19.30 and Sun 09.00 to 19.30. Address: Station Approach, Cleethorpes, DN35 8AX. There are buses available and you can check out the timetables on stagecoachbus online.
