This pretty Norfolk flint cottage enjoys a great position on the edge of the sought after village of Northrepps which is in the heart of North Norfolk. The Church Rooms boast two bedrooms and bathrooms one of which has a feature freestanding bath and open plan living and dining room. There are some lovely nods to its origins including a reclaimed church pew at the dining table and the whole cottage has been decorated and furnished with a stylish nod to country life. Close by lies Overstand beach, less busy than its neighbour in Cromer it offers wide sandy stretches to sunbathe, build sand castles or enjoy a lovely evening or bracing off season walk. Have a stroll on the pier in Cromer and maybe take in the seasonal end of pier show or stop for lunch. Then walk in to town and explore the artisan shops, cafés and inns. There is also a zoo and a cinema here too, along with some traditional seaside amusements. Head east and explore the rolling sand dunes in Winterton-on-Sea or west and enjoy a spot of crab lining on Blakeney Quay.
