We should like to welcome you to our beautiful renovated home which was completed in 2023, perfectly located between both St Ives and Carbis Bay where you can enjoy the sun, sand and sea as too our many beautiful coastal walks with panoramic views of St Ives, Carbis Bay and all the way to Hayle and beyond. Having 3 double bedrooms each with a double bed, master bedroom with en-suite, sleeps 6 people with designated off road parking for 2 cars, EV charging point, free Wifi and dogs are welcome too. You will be pleased to note:- 1. We only take bookings Saturday to Saturday. 2. That we provide free designated parking for 2 cars only and are parked at the owners own risk. We also have a universal electric car charging point therefore enabling those with electric cars to charge them during the day or through the evening using your own lead, use of which we take a deposit and any difference is settled prior to departure . 3. Being dog lovers ourselves we do allow dogs free of charge and require confirmation as to the dog’s size and bread prior to Booking. We respectfully request that dog's are not to be left in the property unattended have their own bedding and refrain from getting on any of the furniture, towels for the dog are to be supplied by you and no dog's are to be cleaned/washed in any of the sinks, bath or shower so as to avoid any scratches/damage to the sinks, bath or shower or injury to your dog as we accept no liability for any injury or loss of your dog/s. Prior to departure all traces of the dog/s are to be removed from both the inside and the outside of the property failing which additional cleaning charges will be attributed.
