A quirky 4 bedroomed maisonette providing a light & airy first & second-floor comprehensive Serviced accommodation in the City Centre of Plymouth. It has 2 small double & 3 single beds, a fully equipped kitchen and appliances including a dishwasher, a tall fridge freezer etc. The accommodation offers pleasant surroundings with great amenities nearby ( close to Primark. Starbucks. The property is perfect for your Christmas shopping visits in Plymouth and all types of business work commitments and short stays. The number of bedrooms available to guests will be based on the number of guests on your booking. Please enter the correct number of guests for your stay. We provide 1 bath towel for each paying guest and I always recommend guests to bring their towels for their hygiene reasons and personal needs.

Welcome to my page and I hope you can appreciate what I can offer as I take pride in the service I provide for my guests. I understand the importance of a good night's sleep so our bed linen reflects an excellent hotel standard. Although I am a relatively new host I do strive to be the best. I am also a mother of two boys aged 18 & 20 so I know what it takes to create a warm, homely environment for a family and friends. I am also a foodie person and have been in the restaurant business so I know some fine places to wine and dine in the area and I am happy to share a few pointers for you there. 'Ebrington Sreet ' is fast becoming the cultural and coffee hub of Plymouth. The property is in the City Centre area within very close proximity to Plymouth's new Box Museum and the city's heritage and young cultural vibe. The property is surrounded by trendy and quirky cafes and pubs, a wide range of other facilities including eateries, museums & Art Gallery (The box), supermarkets and of course the Drake Circus indoor shopping mall and Cineworld and IMAX theatre making the property perfectly suited for those who are seeking social entertainments without a need to travel a distance.
