Practically perfect in every way! I have always shared my space since being at university and know how to make people feel safe and at home. I have also run holiday lets in Brighton over the last 15 years, so are very experienced in self catering accommodation. I've also used Homestays myself and know what works for guests.

Property information

THE PATIO ROOM This ground floor en-suite room which also contains it;s own private outside space is a peaceful London retreat. SLEEPING Have a restful deep sleep in the king-size bed with hotel quality, white cotton bed linen and towels. We made sure the pillows are lovely & comfy. EN-SUITE BATHROOM The modern en-suite bathroom hosts a wc, sink and walk-in shower. One bath towel and one face towel per person are provided. DINING FACILITIES The small table for 2 and space saving chairs, provide the perfect spot for a relaxed morning breakfast. (I recommend the Old Post Office Bakery, 10 min walk for amazing morning croissants or a Deliveroo Delivery from Gails bakery - normally arrives in 20 mins). Although there is no access to the house kitchen, the Patio Room&; does contain kettle as well as crockery, glasses, cutlery etc. for those delivered meals.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD The Garden View Room is located on Chelsham Rd, a quiet and beautiful tree lined street of grand Victorian houses. Conveniently positioned for the amenities of Clapham Old Town, Clapham High Street and the wide open spaces of Clapham Common. TRANSPORT Local transport links include both Clapham North and Stockwell Underground Stations, both a 5 minute walk away, offering both Northern & Victoria lines. These, along with Clapham High Street Overground Station and excellent local bus services, provide quick and easy access into the City, West End and Canary Wharf.
