Relax and enjoy garden views from this secluded ground floor, ensuite room with twin beds. With its own private entrance and free, secure off-road parking, you’ll find the property in a converted brick and flint barn. The room comes with a cottage garden for guests use, is equipped with a kettle, complimentary teas/coffee fresh milk, small fridge, table, cutlery, plates etc. You’re welcome to bring your own light breakfast. Outside there is a shared patio with tables and chairs for garden dining and relaxing. The room has a flat screen, smart TV with catchup and Netflix and Wi-fi.
I love welcoming people to stay in our guests rooms in Wells-next the-Sea. I’m from a local family and work nearby as a School Counsellor. The area has so much to offer from beaches and birdwatching to stately homes and old castles.
The property is a perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet after exploring all that the North Norfolk coast and its many beaches have to offer. The town, with its Quayside, cafes, restaurants and independent shops, is a 5 minute walk away.
