A 3 bedroom new house close to the sea with rear private garden. The propety is contemparary with light flowing throughout. Well for equipped for holidays with a bbq in the garden. Parking is on site.
An experienced award winner from 2015 to 2019. Guests will benefit from well managed propety wether travelling for business, weekends or holidays.
A quiet pleasant new residential development close to the coast and nature reserves. There are historic Goodwood revivals and race meetings. The City of Chichester is 5 miles and Bognor Regis 2 miles proxity. Shops and restaurants and takeaways are closeby.
