Property information

Situated in rural Suffolk between the villages of Badingham and Dennington nr Framlingham. Offering up to four guests, in a king and a twin, a fabulous short break or holiday, Polly’s yard has a mature cottage garden, spacious open plan living area and two bathrooms.

Neighbourhood information

Polly’s Yard is located through a gateway off the main road between Dennington and Badingham. There is allocated parking for two cars to the side of the property, next to the EV charger and a private gate into the garden. The property is located on the A1120 between the villages of Dennington and Badingham. You will need a car to travel to other villages and towns. There is a wonderful village pub called the Dennington Queen which has a great children's park and playing field behind it. There's a cafe on the village green and lots of shops and cafes in Framlingham which in only a five minute drive away. The coast with sandy and shingle beaches is 30 minutes drive away. There's lots of activities locally for adults and children.
