**Are you serving/retired Ministry of Defence/ NHS personnel? If so, message in advance to discuss discounts.** Also returning guests discount ! This contemporary yet cosy holiday home is fully equipped for upto six guests. You can enjoy all of your usual home comforts including free high-speed Internet, smart televisions in the lounge and master bedroom. The bedding is of high quality cotton , and the king sized mattress is of domestic thickness and super comfortable. There is an en suite toilet and sink to the master bedroom, and a separate family shower room and an additional toilet. There is a small twin bedroom and a small double sofabed in the lounge . The home is fully double glazed, centrally heated, and this model enjoys much thicker insulation than others. It really is a cosy home. The kitchen is fully equipped including a modern matching air fryer ,slow cooker, toaster, kettle and cafetiere ...All that you need to enjoy our excellent Devon produce in the comfort of home, whether that's a family meal or a romantic dinner for two. There's also a fully enclosed deck area with seating to enjoy the lovely long summer evenings and a glass of your favourite tipple. It's also a great place to let the little ones play safely. We also offer a FREE highchair and travelcot for your toddler ,which will be sanitised before your arrival, and we realise they take up alot of room in your vehicles. Just let us know prior to booking. We also offer keyless entry via smart locks, so theres no key to lose. You'll be issued a PIN that will be yours throughout your stay. *******RESTRICTIONS!********** Please note that any sign written vehicles regardless of size " ARE NOT PERMITTED" to park on the site. This is in accordance with my contract with Park Holidays, therefore I "CANNOT" except bookings from contractors working locally. **NO stag or hen parties **NO smoking or vaping in the property/ decking **NO pets
