Our home is a gorgeous converted schoolhouse with a large garden including its own waterfall and stream, with uninterrupted sea views from the house and garden. The cosy Schoolhouse is a bright and airy home which has been tastefully decorated to a high specification with a double height living area in the old school room, central heating and wood burning stove. Original features have been retained including exposed beams and stonework.
Our home is a tranquil hideaway set on the stunning Torr Road with panoramic views across the sea to the Mull of Kintyre in Scotland and beautiful walks from the doorstep along the coast road, ranked as one of the best scenic drives in the world. The closest village is 4 miles away with beautiful listed buildings, a large beach, great pubs, a restaurant and a shop. Our home is nestled in the picturesque Glens of Antrim in close proximity to a number of Game of Thrones locations, world class golf clubs, the Causeway Coast and the Giants Causeway UNESCO World Heritage Site.
