The cottage is a modernised fisherman’s cottage in the Downalong area of St Ives. It is within 100m of the town centre and 150m of several of the best beaches in town. It is on a pedestrian only street so is quiet and tranquil but has easy access to what the town has to offer. The house offers a living kitchen diner on the first floor with a double bedroom and bunk room on the second floor. The other is double bed is in a separate studio at ground floor level and is ideal for friends or family who want a little more privacy. There is a garden to the rear of the property for siting out and drying wet suits. The property has recently been renovated so it provides comfortable and cozy home whilst maintaining a feel for its heritage.
