Relax with the whole family at this inviting home in the charming Cotswold town of Bradford on Avon. A perfect retreat for anyone looking for a cosy base as they explore the local surroundings; with plenty of history, pubs, walks, independent shops, cafes, restaurants and excellent transport links to the historic city of Bath and beyond. Unwind in the garden after a busy day or opt for a movie and a real fire during the chilly months. Children also have their own space in the playroom.
We love to travel ourselves, so may not always be around to greet guests in person, but we are jut a message away!
The house is situated on the edge of Bradford on Avon (Holt side), so benefits from being in close proximity to open fields, yet still within a 15 minute downhill walk to the centre of town. On one side, there is a nature park, ideal for walking and cycling around on the looped path. There is also a natural play area for children and some benches dotted around the park. To the rear of the house there is a private Annexe that is occupied and behind that there is one further residential property and business units beyond. Across the lane there are open fields which offer somewhere to walk or exercise.
