ONLY 75 YARDS FROM CAWSAND BEACH - A pretty two-bedroomed Grade 2 listed cottage, moments from the beach and village amenities. The property boasts an enclosed courtyard and south facing private terrace with views over Cawsand Bay and Plymouth Sound. 5 minutes drive from the 3-mile long surfing beach of Whitsand Bay. Note: given the age of this property, and the design of the staircase, we do not recommend bookings for those with limited mobility.
