5 mins walk to East Wittering village and 8 mins walk to the beach.
Perfectly located for Goodwood and the South Downs.

I manage the annex on behalf of the owners and live locally in the village, I will be on hand 24/7 should you need anything. The owners are happy to leave you in peace to enjoy your stay but will gladly say hello if seen in passing. They are keen to ensure your stay is as comfortable and hope you have a wonderful time by the coast.
Free on-street parking is available directly outside the property.
East Wittering Village is a 6 min walk with the beach a 10 min walk.
West Wittering Beach is a 15/20 minute walk. Buses provide links to West Wittering and Chichester every 15/20 mins.
