This property is perfect for 1-9 adults & 2 infants. Just 1 minute from the centre of the village of Bourton-on-the-Water, the Venice of the Cotswolds. Parking for 6 vehicles. Excellent for families, friends and 1 dog included - more by request and a twenty pound per pet fee. It comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a very large modern kitchen, utility with chest freezer and washer/dryer, 3 reception rooms & a stunning enclosed garden. Comfortable, luxurious, spacious and super clean! Newly decorated in 2022. Excellent & responsive Host.

I will be contactable by phone or email for the duration of your stay. In an emergency contact me at anytime however for smaller issues between the hours of 9am and 8pm would be much appreciated. If anyone wishes for a meet and greet at the property I will endeavour to do this for you where possible, please ask when you are booking.

Bourton on the Water is known as the Venice of the Cotswolds. A beautiful village packed full of lovely attractions, cafes, restaurants, pubs and even a river running through the centre which welcomes children adults and dogs paddling! It's surrounded by Cotswold villages and towns such as Stow-on-the-Wold, Moreton-in-Marsh, Broadway & Guiting Power. Visit Adams Farm Park as featured on Countryfile, ride tractors, feed animals and see rare breeds! Walks in every direction and truly an amazing break away in a fabulous home with every amenity you can think of!
