The cosy annex is a self-contained extension of the main house with parking, a private courtyard and its own entrance.
The annex is open plan and has a comfortable kingsize bed, ensuite shower room, kitchen area with mini fridge, oven microwave, dining table and chairs.
The spacious annex has been recently renovated and benefits from having its own private courtyard garden with a patio area, table and chairs.
The owners live on site and can be on hand if you need anything.
There is a Hair and Beauty salon on site ran by myself offering a range of treatments. If you wish too book any treatments it is recommended booking in advance.
The annex provides a cosy, open plan space with a kingsize bed, bedside tables, wardrobe space, en-suite shower room with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided, kitchen area equipped with cutlery, glasses, dinnerware set, complete with fridge, oven microwave, kettle, toaster, DAB radio and a dining table and chairs.
There is an allocated parking space at the rear of the house and the annex is accessed through its own private courtyard. There are a few steps leading to the annex gate.
If you are arriving late, lights will light up the drive, access areas and the courtyard. Keys are accessed from a light up lock box outside of the patio door.

Corston is a small village on the outskirts of Bath and is a 5 mile drive by car. Alternatively you can use the Park and Ride which is a 2.8 mile drive with plenty of parking.
Bristol city centre is 11 miles by car and Brislington Park and Ride is a 6 mile drive.
The city of Bath is full of traditional heritage, contemporary culture, green spaces and is overflowing with places to eat, drink and shop. There is a remarkable collection of museums and galleries, year-round festivals, theatre, music and sport, not forgetting the Christmas market.
Bath Spa University is a 2.7 mile drive, set in beautiful countryside grounds with historic buildings, ultra-modern teaching and lakeside walks.
Newton Farm Shop & Cafe at Newton St Loe is a family run business. The farm is a traditional mixed farm, with cattle, sheep, pigs and grain. It is well worth a visit to see the pigs and piglets, followed by a country walk and a visit to the cafe.
The neighbouring village of Compton Dando has a local friendly pub serving good pub food.
The Pig at Bath is a 3 mile drive, set in beautiful grounds of Hunstrete House with it own deer park. This is an up market yet relaxed venue serving locally produced organic food.
Saltford is a large village, only 2 miles by car or a 40 minute walk.
There is a wide variety of outdoor sport and recreation facilities in and around the village, beautiful walks along the river and plenty of pubs, restaurants and take-aways.
Keynsham is a town situated on the outskirts of Bristol.
There is a riverside park, which is used for the annual town festival, with grassy slopes, wooded areas and sports facilities, located next to Keynsham's busy High Street. There is also a train station with parking that runs from around 5am - 1am.
