Quality accommodation and a warm welcome awaits you at Cuillich Mill. Just 5 minutes from the NC500 it is an ideal location from which to visit some of Scotland’s main tourist attractions. Cuillich Mill has a well-equipped twin bed guest room with en-suite facilities. Each bed is a 4ft small double and the room has a maximum occupancy of 2 adults. A full cooked breakfast Including vegetarian and vegan options is available or alternatives such as continental is also available. Free secure parking and bike Storage is also available.
Leila and David together with their 2 friendly dogs, Flo (a golden retriever) and Archie (cocker spaniel) will welcome you to their home and surroundings and hope you will fall in love with this part of the Scottish Highands just as they have. David, a part time tour guide and experience photographer can give you tips and advice quieter routes and hidden Highland gems as well as locations for capturing your holiday on camera.
When you stay at Cuillich Mill, you are only 30 minutes away from Inverness, the capital of the Highlands with bars, restaurants, shops and various visitor attractions to explore. You are also within 30 minutes drive of a choice of beaches, waterfalls, lochs and historic monuments. The famous BBC reality TV series The Traitors was filmed only minutes away at Ardross Castle. If you're familiar with the series, you will recognise many of the locations from the programme. If you are into wildlife we are only 25 minutes from Chanonry Point one of the best places to see dolphins from the shore in the UK. Alternatively, a similar drive time takes you to Rogie Falls and the Falls of Shin to watch salmon leaping on their way up river. From Cuillich Mill itself you can stroll down to the River Averon, a beautiful short walk through fields and forest. If you’re lucky, you may spot deer, hare or pine martin on your way. If you’re feeling more energetic you could extend the walk up to the famous Fyrish Monument. Choosing to stay at Cuillich Mill is the perfect location for people who love the tranquility and beauty of the outdoors.
