Dartmouth Happy Days and Devonly Days Chalets each sit in a row of self-catering holiday rentals at Norton Park, Dartmouth 1.5 miles from the hisoric town centre and quayside, in the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Parking is free, no need to reserve. Pound coin electricity set at cost price. Arrival 3pm, depart by 10am. Strictly no dogs and smoke-free.
Our 2 recently refurbished 2 bedroom 4 person self-catering holiday rentals are completely self-contained, each with own private entrance.
The chalets each have 2 bedrooms a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and a spacious lounge/ diner. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. See photos.
There is one double room and a second bedroom with a triple bunk-bed comprising a double bed with a single bed on top. Clean towels and bedding are provided at the start of your stay.
You will have Freeview tv with hdmi ports and cd/ dvd player. No wifi but good internet reception on 4g mobiles. No parties or children under 3 yrs, sorry.
Both chalets are close, identical and face South. We use a well-established local professional cleaning firm.
The former park facilities are long gone, hence the surrounding maintained parkland is very quiet and free for you to enjoy.
The main road is not suitable for pedestrians so a car is advisable, but buses stop at the Park.
Park-and-ride buses,leisure centre and supermarkets are 0.5 miles.

Dartmouth Happy Days Chalet and Devonly Days Chalet are run by myself, Richard with much help from my partner, Sheena. I have an engineering and design background and Sheena's is in teaching, so together we have combined our creative talents into transforming our chalets into a home from home that we can be proud of.
Children 3yrs old and above are welcome.
Norton Park is in a quiet ideal countryside location for those who wish to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The vibrant ancient town of Totnes is a bus or boat trip away and you could board a steam train and ferry back to Dartmouth.
The 630 mile long South-West Coast Path and ruined fishing village of Hallsands, the Dart Music Festival, Dartmouth Regatta, the wondrous clifftop views from East Prawle , The Pigs Nose Inn and its legendary dances in the village hall await the intrepid spirit in you.
