Derrin is an award winning B&B set in a period property in a quiet residential road on the edge of town. We offer two downstairs rooms with level access and we have one family room with double and single bed.
We are less than 5 minutes from the Larne Ferry Terminal and about 35 minutes from Belfast Airports. We are a five minute drive or 15 minute walk to the best restaurant in the area, The Olderfleet Bar & Restaurant.
We have free Wifi. A laundry service is available (clothes are collected at 10 am and returned 24 hours later). Well behaved dogs are welcome in certain rooms free of charge if you book on our website - please check availability before booking.
We have a lounge for guests to relax in, complete with a book swap and plenty of magazines.
We now have a large room with SUPER KING SIZE BED.

Derrin is located in a quiet round on the edge of the town centre. We are convenient for local restaurants and bars. A bus stops in our road which takes you to Belfast, and the train station for Belfast is 4 minutes walk away.
Please let Derrin Guest House know your expected arrival time by using the Special Requests box when booking. Early check-ins are possible by arrangement.
Derrin Guest House accepts well behaved dogs. They are only allowed in two rooms, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.
A continental breakfast is available for guests who leave early to take the 07:30 ferry.
