    We loved how the cottage had been lovingly decorated and how spacious it was. Having the log burner was a really nice thing. It was a very quiet location and the cottage felt like it could hold lots of people easily.

The cottage was completely renovated in January 2017 and is furnished with lovely blend of modern and traditional furnishings. Most windows have panoramic views of Ben Lomond and Loch Lomond's RSPB nature reserve. The cottage is set within a 2 acre garden with a duck pond. There are some lovely walks close by and Duncryne Hill is very popular. The cottage has a double room, a twin room and a fold down bed.
We are James & Karen Adam and we would love to welcome you into our holiday cottage which is within the grounds of our steadings.
We are opposite Loch Lomond's RSPB nature reserve which is a haven for birds and wildlife. We are within Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park which offers a huge selection of outdoor activities for all ages. We are one mile from the village of Gartocharn and 3 miles from Balloch at Loch Lomond. There is a shop within a mile to pick up local supplies and restaurants within 3 miles. We are next to Duncryne Trekking Centre which offers wonderful pony treks and lessons. Balmaha is within 15 minutes where you can take a boat trip on Loch Lomond, climb the Conic Hill and walk the West Highland Way.
