We're Phil and Laura, we live in the same building directly below the penthouse so will normally be available to help guests with any advice or difficulties. We love welcoming people to our apartment and do everything we can to make sure your stay is perfect. If you have any special requests, like stocking the fridge etc before you arrive, we'll do all we can to help.

Eastcliffe Penthouse sits directly on the seafront. All the photos with a view are taken directly from inside the property so, unlike other listings, when we say 'sea and promenade views', that's exactly what you get. The location is within 2 minutes walk from the best shops, bars, and restaurants in Cleethorpes. 10 minutes walk along the front is is Cleethorpes Swimming Pool and Leisure centre. About 15-20 minutes walk you'll find Cleethorpes Boating Lake, Paddling Pool, Ten Pin Bowling, the Cinema, Jungle Zoo, McDonalds, KFC and other well known brands.
