With plenty of room for eight, look no further than Apple Mill near Sidmouth for your next relaxing break. Originally an Apple Mill used for producing cider and storing apples for the farm, our Grade II listed conversion now combines luxury with an abundance of original features. The open plan living space has a cosy wood burning stove, perfect for chilly evenings. The kitchen with a range cooker includes a sociable dining area. Four spacious bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor, are combined with three first-class bathrooms. Outside, kick back in the pretty walled garden with suntrap courtyard and set the steaks to sizzle on the Weber barbecue. Or soak up the peace in the bubbling hot tub (*extra fee), perfect for unwinding or star-gazing at night. An ideal base for families and groups of friends at any time of the year, there is parking for four cars and short and midweek breaks are available, with a minimum stay of 3 nights. *The Hot tub is an additional 250GBP per stay, if required.

In an AONB, with views of glorious surrounding countryside, Apple Mill will give you a real taste of country life! Situated in a very peaceful & rural location in Venn Ottery in the Otter Valley, enjoy numerous countryside walks along the River Otter and from the garden gate. Five miles takes you to the elegant Georgian seaside resort & beaches of Sidmouth near the Jurassic Coast, the UKs only natural World Heritage Site. The nearest pub, The Golden Lion in Tipton Saint John, is only one mile away & serves local fresh produce & good beer. One of a number of pub/restaurants within a few minutes drive, or splash out at the award winning Jack in the Green pub, 13 minutes’ drive. The region promises an abundance of fun, exciting & very different days out. Fine National Trust houses, gardens, castles, adventure parks, farm & steam railways as well as the beaches at Sidmouth, Budleigh, Salterton, Beer, Branscombe & Exmouth are all within easy reach. For fantastic days out look no further than Bicton Park, The Donkey Sanctuary, Escot Country Park, Devon's Crealy, World of Country Life, Powderham Castle & Seaton Tramway, to name a few! The cathedral city of Exeter is 12 miles.
