Esperance is a brand-new studio apartment set in the heart of Bowness-on-Windermere, conveniently located just a 10-minute stroll from Lake Windermere. Esperance has an allocated free parking space for your convenience during your stay.

Neighbourhood information

Within a 10 minute walk, there is an abundance of coffee shops, bars, cafes and restuarants, as well as two supermarkets and an array of boutique shops. The famous Beatrix Potter attraction is located here along with a small cinema and a multitude of activities for children. Why not hop on a Windermere Lakes Cruise and enjoy the beauty of the Lake District from the water? Bowness is the home to beautiful fell walks, such as Brantfell and Post Knott. The village of Windermere is a 20-minute walk away and is set upon quaint cobbled streets, and a gorgeous range of restaurants and cafes dotted around. Perfectly situated with easy access to the breath-taking scenery of the Lake District National Park, you can access endless mountain walking routes right from the front door.
