Fairwinds is a light and peaceful home that compliments its beach location. It has four exterior living spaces (two patios and two raised deckings) with views of Burgh Island and the sea. It is positioned on Parker Road; a two-minute walk to the beach. A perfect base for couples, families, or those wanting a restful break by the sea.

Surrounded by wonderful sandy beaches including the iconic Burgh Island, and within walking distance of a locally-run café and the famous Pilchard Inn.
Always available via Airbnb, i have a local person who is there in emergencies to deal with queries etc
very quiet area , short walk to beach, easy to walk into next bay where a local inn is , plus fish restaurant and take away. Definitely worth a visit to Burgh Island Hotel and Inn, need to book in advance. The Journeys End Inn, in nearby Ringmore is also very good but again needs booking. The Fantastic Bigbury golf course with scenic views five minutes drive from house
Parking available for two cars , one offset near the fence. Main car park for beach approx. 100yds down the bank from Fairwinds
