Glenroy, is perfectly positioned to enjoy the delights of Torbay. Wake up to a stunning sunrise over the delightful sea views. A spacious family home located within a 10 minute walk to Preston beach. It boasts a spacious kitchen, breakfast island, large array of kitchen utensils and Rangemaster oven. A separate 8 seater dining room and lounge with all the comforts including Netflix TV, internet and large comfy sofas, a perfect choice for two family accommodation. We have 4 spacious bedrooms, two king size, one double and a twin room which can also be made up to a king bed on request. Knowing what its like to pack up for all the family, we will leave you with the necessities, including basic toiletries, toy basket, books, craft box, high chair, board games and Wii computer with games! Our home is perfectly positioned for anyone wishing to explore the delights South Devon has to offer. Located 5 minutes from the ring road with easy access bus routes to Paignton, Torquay and Brixham. Why not bring your fury friend? Glenroy is a pet friendly home, located opposite Scadson woods, 13 acres of beautiful woodland and forestry walks. If the sun is shining visit one of Devon's beautiful beaches, 120 miles of stunning coastline and over 50 beaches, stretching from Seaton to Plymouth.

There are several bus routes nearby, we have on street parking and a driveway which can accommodate up to 3-4 cars. Paignton and Torquay train stations are only a 5 minute drive away. We have something for whatever the weather in Devon! One of Torbay's most exciting attractions is Paignton Zoo, home to over 2,000 animals and over 80 acres of land. Visit the caves of Kents Cavern or go back in time at Bygones, over 100 years of history, authentic curiosities & quirky memorabilia. When the sun is shining, the South Hams have some of the most beautiful beaches or why not enjoy a private dining experience or day charter onboard a luxury yacht with Above Decks.
