Our guests love that they have more space than a hotel or B&B, they can cater for themselves, order a takeaway or eat out and that it's a place they can call home whilst being away.
Self-catering with a contemporary feel. Pin entry, so no keys, and it's right in the Heart of the Cotswolds, or the hotcotswolds. The Cotswold Way passes near by, The Cotswold Canal is over the road, Stroud centre is about 1 km and the hills are all around.
15 apartments: Studio, Standard and Superior. All have the same kit (please note that 2 have tub chairs rather than sofas). The main difference is floor area, but even that isn't that different.
EV charging: We have 3 charging points.
PARKING: yes, free parking on site.
ACCESSIBLE: we have a wheelchair adapted apartment.
PETS: your dog is welcome but we limit them to 5 apartments, so if you are planning a booking please email, text or call to check availability. There is a small extra charge per stay to go towards extra cleaning time. We sort this when you are here. No cats or rabbits etc...
GROUPS: With twin bed options we are a perfect base for groups on golf trips, cycling holidays, walking weekends, art or yoga retreats.
CYCLING: we have a bike store and there are lots of options from our front door for road, trail or mountain biking and for all standards.
GOLF: 5 courses from championship to just plain fun.
WALKING: to many paths to list here
PLAN: Take a look at hotcotswolds .uk to build your holiday.

We are in Stroud, under a mile, about 1km, from the edge of the centre, a very pleasant stroll along the canal when the weather is good. In fact the canal is an artery from the River Severn right up into the Cotswolds.
We get direct trains from Padddington (look for those to Cheltenham Spa) and lots of choice if you change at Swindon. In fact you can come by train from Bath or Bristol too.
The area is filled with arts and crafts, walks and views (Painswick Beacon, Coaley Peak or the view from the Black Horse, Amberley).
Go Stand Up Paddle Boarding, take a hack from Barton Riding School. Ride a bike or improve your well-being.
Explore Hawkwood or Woodchester Mansion. Discover Woodchester Vineyard or Stroud Brewery and visit Berkeley Castle and Slimbridge, home of the Wildfowl and Wetland Trust.
Actually, take a look at hotcotswolds .uk and see what there is to see and do....
