Flat 1 is a large 2 bedroomed ground floor apartment with all amenities provided for you to enjoy your stay just like home from home. The apartment is 15 minutes walk from St Peter’s Ave and the beach or a 2 minute bus ride from outside the front door, buses run every 15 minutes to both Cleethorpes and Grimsby town. Grimsby docks a 10 minutes drive, Immingham and the industrial areas 20 minutes away. CONTRACTORS WELCOME. TOWELS NOT AVAILABLE.
Both Samantha and I are available via text, phone messenger or email all of which will be made available after booking
15 minutes away from public houses restaurants and beach facilities, 20 minutes by bus or car to Grimsby freshney place shopping centre. Getting around is easy, on main bus route to Cleethorpes, Grimsby, Immingham, Lincoln and the market town of Louth
